Independent retailers rarely run one system. There is a POS, an online store, an accounting package, and usually something handling the customer list. StyleMatrix connects to the platforms already in place rather than asking a business to replace them.

Everything the shop floor runs on, in one platform

StyleMatrix was built for independent fashion, footwear, workwear and wholesale retailers across Australia and New Zealand. Here is what is inside it.

        Your Whole Business. One Glance.

Most retailers end the day with the same three questions. Did we hit budget? What actually sold? Which store carried the week? The StyleMatrix reads the sales data already being recorded and puts the numbers that matter on one screen.

Sales against budget, live: Watch daily sales track against target as the day unfolds, for the whole business, or store by store.

Top sellers, ranked: See what is moving by quantity, sales and profit over the last seven days, so reorder and range decisions sit on what is genuinely selling.

Every store, side by side: Compare store performance at a glance and see where the week’s revenue is really coming from.

It is all built on sales already being recorded, nothing new to learn on the shop floor and no reports to assemble by hand.

Every Job. Every Status. One Board.

Special orders, alterations, embroidery, click & collect in a lot of stores these live across dockets, a notebook and whoever happened to take the order. The Job Board keeps all of it on one live board.

Every job, every status: Every order in one view, each tagged unactioned, in progress, on hold or complete, so nothing slips through.

Notes the whole team can see: Customer notes, PO numbers and job details sit against each order, so anyone can pick up the phone and answer without hunting for the paperwork.

Customers kept in the loop: Email notifications can go out as a job moves through its stages, so customers hear from you before they have to chase.

The team knows what is outstanding, and customers are not left wondering.

Barcodes and Labels. Done in Seconds.

When a delivery lands, everything needs a label and a barcode before it can go on the floor. For a lot of retailers that means exporting the data, opening a separate label program and wrestling with templates every single time. StyleMatrix prints labels and barcodes straight from the platform.

Set it up once:   Install the label printer service once and StyleMatrix prints directly to the in-store printer — no exporting, no separate software to open each time.

Print from anywhere in the platform:  Inventory, receiving stock, checking a product — printing a label is a couple of clicks away from wherever you already are.

Scan or type: Pull up a product by entering its barcode, or use the camera scanner to find it on the spot.

Most retailers are already running two or three of these. Craig can show you what connects, and what it looks like once the systems are talking to each other.
